Do things feel overwhelming at the moment?

Do you feel that talking to someone may help?

I'm Alex, I'm here to help...

My role is to help you explore what you are experiencing; to gain a greater understanding of what is happening for you right now and to support you towards a place where you feel more able to decide what you need and how you might change things for the better.

I can offer you a calm and empathic environment in which to work through personal issues at your own pace; a safe place to explore the way you think, feel and behave without feeling judged.

The quality of our relationship is the key to supporting you effectively. Therefore, our first meeting is an important opportunity to get to know one another, to share information, to ask questions and to find a way of working together that feels right for you.

I can tailor my approach to offer a unique way of working with you that specifically meets your needs and in a way that feels safe and comfortable for you. We all have the potential and ability to make changes in our lives, but sometimes we need support to take the first step.

“What you are is what you have been.

What you will be is what you do now”

                                                     – Sogyal Rinpoche
